I have been lucky enough to be at the Bach centre near Wallingford over the Summer for more training on the Bach flower remedies. If you get a chance it really is worth visiting - you can see the very flowers that the remedies are made from in the garden and wander inside the house to look at Dr Bach's original consulting room - complete with furniture that he made himself (from being a wealthy medical doctor he ended up with very little because he gave it all away and wouldn't charge for his natural remedies). The picture is of crab apple blossom because I have taken the crab apple remedy for the past few days to help get over a headcold - it is indicated as a cleansing remedy and helpful when you feel you've been contaminated (!).
