Dr Bach was a highly regarded medical doctor who practised in the early 1900's. He wanted to create a healing system that everyone could use. His gentle flower remedies are subtle but effective and based on his philosophy that our emotional state is the most important aspect of health; by supporting the emotions, mental and physical health can recover too.
This is a lovely wild dog rose. Dr Bach used mainly native flowers and trees to create his essences. Many have heard of 'Rescue Remedy' but he actually made 38 different remedies to help various emotional states. Whilst the dog rose is not one he used, there is a remedy made from rock rose which looks similar.
