When you want to seize an opportunity or need to find the motivation to change, a little stress can be helpful.
But, it's all about balance and, if stress hormones accumulate, they can create havoc in the body and mind. If you are regularly functioning from your 'flight, fright or freeze' stress response, you are not engaging the logical mind to calmly think through and resolve issues.
In this workshop, you will:
Understand how stress influences the body and mind.
Learn self-help techniques that you can put into practise straight away.
Learn about de-stress remedies using natural ingredients that can be tailored to your situation. Experience a relaxed body and a tranquil mind through learning breathing and meditation techniques that you can easily use again on your own.
When you feel stressed you don't need a deluge of information to concentrate on, and feeling relaxed makes learning easy. To aid that relaxed atmosphere, numbers on the workshop will be limited, so book early to secure your place!
